Zuzu Two Minutes Ago or The Moments That Warm a Mother's Heart...

"YOU'RE THE HORRIBLEST MOM I EVER SAW!!!"

Children, I exhort you, tell your parents often how you really feel about them. It can make such a difference in their day.

  1. This made me laugh out loud. And then I was impressed she knows about the word horrible. Too funny, and you can rest assured I'm a horriblest mom too.

  2. I wish Si would tell me this. Somehow I think it would be better to have it out in the open and acknowledged instead of me silently thinking it and internally berating myself for pretending to be a nice mom even though I'm really horrible.

  5. The other night we asked Caleb if he loved his Dad (pre-requisite to asking that he pick his toys up), he replied, "Yes, I just don't like you."

  6. Some days, it's a good thing to have a non-verbal kid. He just yells at me a lot. :)

  8. Fab! My twelve year old has resorted to just mumbling the lovely things he thinks about me while in his angry state.... otherwise I sweetly, softly and lovingly remind him that he can clean his pee off the outside of the toilet every week....

ahhhh the joy of being a maid....ooops... a mom!! =)
